After eight years working for Tim Hincks at Endemol, she brought her razor-sharp organisational skills and no-nonsense efficiency to the new venture, becoming an indispensable right hand to Peter, Tim, and now Ben Wicks.
As Executive Assistant, Kellie runs the show behind the scenes. She leads our office team, keeps operations running like clockwork, and works seamlessly with talent, staff, and industry heavyweights to keep the engine turning.
She’s also the architect of Expectation’s famously vibrant culture. From unforgettable Christmas bashes and summer blowouts to perfectly pitched away days, Kellie curates a social calendar that keeps us connected, inspired, and just the right amount of hungover.
