Team Assistant
Jess joined Expectation in 2023 via MAMA Youth Project, bringing with her a passion for television production. She began as an office runner before getting her new role, now working as the assistant to Alexia Edwards and providing general support to the wider office team.
As Team Assistant, Jess is involved in a wide range of day-to-day operations. She assists with script development, helps coordinate office activities, and plays a key role in managing diaries and scheduling across the team.
