Ella joined Expectation in 2020 to produce The Chelsea Detective, now in development for Series 3. Ella started her career at the BBC on The Archers and moved into TV to produce Doctors and develop new writers for The Writers Academy. She went on to produce Land Girls then joined ITV as Assistant Producer on Coronation Street and is proud to have been part of Hayley Cropper’s exit story winning the BAFTA 2 years running. She went on to produce Casualty, Midsomer Murders, Shakespeare & Hathaway and Death in Paradise.
